on its very first race at Mission Rivers Edge Road Course,

PRESSURE TRACK TESTED ON RACE KARTS
The pressure trak SuperData 4 was recently tested on a World
Formuala racing kart to see how it operated considering the actual high
rotation speed of the small diameter wheels.
The tires were filled with nitrogen for pressure stability.
The low pressure setting alarm was set at zero - - -
on the monitor.
We were able to check the temperature and pressure after
every practice session. we noticed increases in the front left tire by 1.5 psi
every time we came in probably due to kart set up and track configuration.
After making adjustments in pressure we were able to
complete a race session and end up with an equal balance of pressure and
temperature in each tire.
The driver reported that the grip was good after finishing
second in the final race.
Since this race the system has also been tested on Rotax DD2
and ROK powered equipment with great results
