Why is Pressure track the best for racing ?

We don't want to blow our own horn so just ask the others if you can use their products on race cars

Can they handle pressures down to say 8 psi for kart racing

Can you adjust the alarms and even switch them off on their product

Do their systems measure in PSI, BAR, Centigrade and Fahrenheit

Can you quickly switch sensors from one set of tires to another and do they weigh 10 grams or less

Have they tested on race machines and high tire rpm

Can their monitor be permanently illuminated

Can you change batteries in their sensors

If a sensor is lost or damaged can you get a replacement sensor?

Why use external sensors instead of internal sensors?

Suppliers of internal sensors recommend professional installation every time the sensor is fitted.

This means extra cost and new valve mount seals every time you change rims. With the Pressure track system you can switch your system easily and quickly.

Many internal valve type sensors are designed for alloy rims and are not long enough to protrude through steel rims with any form of cover.

With the majority of internal sensors the battery eventually dies and you have to buy new sensors.

If you use inner tubes or inner liners you can't use internal sensors

How accurate is the Pressure Track system?

Sensor pressure sensitivity ± 0.5 psi

Sensor temperature sensitivity ±2c

Even an expensive conventional tire gauge can often be inaccurate when you press it on the valve it removes air from the tire

The electronic sensor is far more accurate than any mechanical gauge system

Try three different tire gauges and compare readings

What is involved to install the system?

1 Take the system out of the box.  2 Install the battery in each sensor.  3 Install the 2 batteries in the display. 4 Pick a display mount and mount the display. 5 Screw a sensor onto each wheel. 6 Switch it on.

Does Pressure Track system show temperature and pressure?

Yes it displays pressure constantly and temperature upon pressing the temperature button.

Easily switches from one calibration to another.

You can read pressure in pounds or in BAR. You can read temperature in Centigrade or Fahrenheit

Can the batteries be replaced in the Display and Sensors?

Yes, This is a critical part of the system, This question must be asked when considering any TPMS system as costs for sensors along with new installation can be extremely expensive. With most other systems you have to replace the sensor when the batteries die, this applies to most internal sensors and other external systems. Meaning these other systems won't function correctly until you buy a new sensor.

With pressure track you simply change the readily, locally available, battery in either the monitor or the sensor and you are back in action.

The Pressure Track system also has a low sensor battery and low display alarm. Always check to see that this function exists when considering TPMS.

Will the wheels and tires need balancing?

The Sensor weight is approximately 10 grams, Unlike internal sensors, it is most unlikely that your wheels will need balancing.
